PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grab dredge machine capable of achieving both of conflicting problems, namely, a reduction in environmental load and enhancement of work efficiency, as well as achieving a novel subject of securing safety upon occurrence of trouble.SOLUTION: A grab dredge machine 1 comprises: a speed reducer 30 connected to an electric motor 10; an electricity storage 13 connected to the electric motor 10 through an inverter/converter 11 and an electricity charger/discharger 12; a grab bucket 60, kinetic energy of which generated at unwinding is converted to electric energy, as regenerative electric power, through the electric motor 10, and the regenerative electric power is stored in the electricity storage 13 through the inverter/converter 11 and charger/discharger 12; and a diesel engine 20, power of which is used to assist to wind up the grab bucket 60, by the power supplied to the electric motor 10 from the electricity storage 13 through the charger/discharger 12 and the inverter/converter 11 at the winding up of the grab bucket 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】環境への負荷低減と作業効率の向上という相反する双方の課題を同時に達成するとともに、障害発生時の安全性を確保するという新たな課題を達成するグラブ浚渫機を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】減速機30に電動機10を連結し、電動機10にインバータ/コンバータ11及び充/放電器12を介して蓄電器13を接続することによって、グラブバケット60の巻下時の運動エネルギーを電動機10によって電気エネルギーに変換した回生電力をインバータ/コンバータ11及び充/放電器12を介して蓄電器13に蓄電し、グラブバケット60の巻上時には蓄電器13から充/放電器12及びインバータ/コンバータ11を介して電動機10に供給する電力によって、ディーゼルエンジン20の動力によるグラブバケット60の巻上を補助するグラブ浚渫機1を提供する。【選択図】図1
