PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reverse-type aluminum casting wheel capable of preventing interference with a brake caliper even if smooth mold releasing from a casting die is ensured.SOLUTION: A reverse-type aluminum casting wheel (A) in which a tire is assembled to a well (15) from the rear side of a rim (R) is cast so that the thickest front end of the well (15) can be continuous to the tip of a disk (D) with the inner peripheral surface of the well (15) in the rim (R) set as a down-slope (15a) for wheel mold releasing, then the front end of the well (15) is cut from the inner side thereof by a fixed width (W1), and interference with a brake caliper (B) is prevented by maintaining the inner peripheral surface substantially parallel to a wheel rotation axis (O-O).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6

    【課題】鋳造金型から円滑・確実に離型できるにも拘らず、ブレーキキャリパーと干渉することがないリバースタイプのアルミ鋳造ホイールを提供する。【解決手段】リム(R)のリヤー側からウエル(15)へタイヤが組み付けられるリバースタイプのアルミ鋳造ホイール(A)を対象として、上記リム(R)におけるウエル(15)の内周面をホイール離型用の前下がり傾斜面(15a)として、そのウエル(15)の最も厚肉な前端部がディスク(D)の先端部と連続する形態に鋳造した後、上記ウエル(15)の前端部をその内側から一定幅(W1)だけ切削加工して、ホイール回転軸線(O−O)との実質的に平行な内周面に保つことにより、ブレーキキャリパー(B)との干渉を防止した。【選択図】図6
