PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange cushion materials 10 poor in extensibility in a seat cover while maintaining a difference in extensibility between the seat covers as much as possible.SOLUTION: A cushion material 10 has a first cushion site 10a arranged to face a high-extension site 10D and a second cushion site 10b arranged to face a low-extension site 20D.
