PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unsprung vibration control device that can utilize kinetic energy of a weight of a dynamic damper, and to provide a suspension device.SOLUTION: An unsprung vibration control device includes: a dynamic damper 10 having a weight 7 and an elastic member 8 for elastically supporting the weight 7 and connected to an unsprung member L; and a linear motor 11 capable of driving the weight 7 and generating electric power. The linear motor 11 includes: a rod 6 having one end connected to the unsprung member L; a field 60 held to the rod 6; and a coil 70 held to the weight 7 and facing the field 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
