PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube comprising a storage part for a phase change material for a heat exchanger, in particular, for a heat exchange bundle of an evaporator of an air conditioning system for a crew compartment of a vehicle, the tube being reliable and robust, providing extremely efficient heat transfer between the tube and a coolant and between the tube in contact and an air stream, and further facilitating design of a heat exchanger in accordance with the need to cool the crew compartment.SOLUTION: A tube 13 includes: a first plate 15 configured to form a first outer surface 17 of the tube; a second plate 19 which is assembled with the first plate 15 in a sealed state and configured to form a second outer surface 21 at a side opposite to the first outer surface 17; and an intermediate plat 23 which is assembled with the first and second plates 15 and 19 in a sealed state between the plates and configured to define, at both sides of the intermediate plate, at least one channel 9 for causing a coolant F to flow into a bundle and at least one recess 25 for a phase change material M.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
