PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement route retrieval and a route guidance under a situation where a current location may not be accurately determined.SOLUTION: A route guide device comprises: a first reception unit 201 that can receive a radio wave from an artificial satellite; a second reception unit 205 that can receive a radio wave from a base station for wireless communication; a display unit 202 that can display an image; and a control unit 210 that controls the display unit 202. The control unit 210 is configured to:, when a current location may not be determined based on the radio wave from the artificial satellite, extract institutions included in a range to be determined in accordance with an estimation current location determined based on a radio wave with the base station (S140 and S150); display at least a part of the institutions on the display unit 202 (S160); prompt users to select one institution from displayed institutions It01 to It05; and implement a route guidance along a route with the selected institution as a departure point or a transit point (S400).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
