PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a conventional electromagnetic absorber, an attenuation force becomes insufficient in a high-stroke speed region.SOLUTION: The electromagnetic absorber has an upper-side member, a lower-side member, and a motor 20 which is arranged so as to be sandwiched by the upper-side member and the lower-side member. The motor 20 has: a movable shaft 30 in which a variable speed is changed according to a motion speed of an approach/separation motion between the upper-side member and the lower-side member; a fin 34 which is arranged so as to protrude from the movable shaft 30; a case 31 for covering a part of the movable shaft 30 and the fin 34; and a magnetic fluid which is charged between the movable shaft 30 and the case 31, and whose viscosity is increased as a magnitude of a magnetic field generated by a coil 37 of the motor 20 becomes larger.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】従来の電磁式アブソーバでは、高いストローク速度領域で減衰力が不足する問題があった。【解決手段】本発明の一態様にかかる電磁式アブソーバは、上側部材と、下側部材と、上側部材と下側部材とに挟まれるように設けられるモータ20と、を有し、モータ20は、上側部材と下側部材との近接・離間動作の動作速度に応じて可動速度が変化する可動軸30と、可動軸30から突出するように設けられるフィン34と、可動軸39の一部と前記フィン34とを覆うケース31と、可動軸30とケース31との間に充填され、モータ20のコイル37が発生させる磁界の大きさが大きくなるにつれて粘度が高まる磁性流体と、を有する。【選択図】図2
