PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability by facilitating confirmation that a jack-up device is in a retraction position in conducting a retraction operation.SOLUTION: Each jack-up device 120 can be disposed in a work position where a tip side is radially disposed outward and in a retraction position where an interval between a pair of crawlers can extend or contract, and includes a detection sensor 50 for detecting that the jack-up device 120 is in the retraction position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
