PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door impact beam which is excellent in the balance of rigidity and weight with respect to an impact load at a side face collision of an automobile.SOLUTION: A door impact beam comprises a beam main body part 16 having a shape which is long in one direction, and attachment parts arranged at both ends of the beam main body part 16, and attached into a door. The beam main body part 16 has a pair of vertical wall parts 22, 23 which oppose each other in a width direction vertical to a longitudinal direction in a cross section which is vertical to the longitudinal direction, and a ceiling plate part 21 for connecting upper ends 22A, 23A of a pair of the vertical wall parts 22, 23 to each other. A waveform part 40 including a plurality of salient parts 41 to 43 which have shapes protruding to a height direction vertical to the longitudinal direction and the width direction, extend to the longitudinal direction, and are aligned in the width, and having shapes which are uneven in a region R1 at a ceiling plate part 21 side rather than a neutral face 31 with respect to a bend in the height direction is formed at the ceiling plate part 21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3

    【課題】自動車の側面衝突時の衝撃荷重に対する強度と重量のバランスに優れたドアインパクトビームを提供する。【解決手段】ドアインパクトビームは、一方向に長い形状のビーム本体部16と、ビーム本体部16の両端に設けられ、ドア内部に取り付けられる取付部と、を備えている。ビーム本体部16は、長手方向に垂直な断面内において、長手方向に垂直な幅方向に互いに対向する一対の縦壁部22,23と、一対の縦壁部22,23の上端22A,23A同士を繋ぐ天板部21と、を有している。天板部21には、長手方向及び幅方向に垂直な高さ方向に突出した形状を有し且つ長手方向に延びると共に幅方向に並ぶ複数の凸条部41〜43を含み、高さ方向の曲げに対する中立面31よりも天板部21側の領域R1において凹凸する形状の波形部40が形成されている。【選択図】図3
