PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten the detection accuracy of a torque sensor that uses a tabular magnetism-collecting yoke.SOLUTION: A torque sensor 100 comprises a detection unit assembly 101 for detecting a magnetic flux density guided through a rotary magnetism circuit unit 30 from a magnetism generation unit 20 involving torsional deformation of a torsion bar 5. The detection unit assembly 101 includes magnetism-collecting yokes 51, 52 for guiding a magnetic flux from the rotary magnetism circuit unit 30 to magnetism sensors 48, 49, a case 60 attached to a housing 11, and a holder 90 for securing the magnetism-collecting yokes 51, 52 to the case 60. The magnetism-collecting yokes 51, 52 include a pair of tabular yoke bodies 53, 56 arranged in the axial direction of the torsion bar 5 with a prescribed space therebetween, and a pair of legs 54, 55, 57, 58 formed facing each other by being projected from the yoke bodies 53, 56, with the magnetism sensor 48, 49 arranged between the two, the yoke bodies 53,56 being secured by being held between the case 60 and the holder 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
