PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the control of braking/driving force of a wheel caused by the behavior control from being started unnecessarily early even in a case where a travel road is a bad road.SOLUTION: A vehicular travel stabilization control apparatus is for use in a vehicle that includes a control device for computing, as a difference between a vehicular target yaw rate Yrt and an estimated yaw rate Yrw based on a wheel speed Vwi, an indicator value ΔYr2 that indicates a possibility of a vehicular behavior deterioration, and controlling braking/driving force of the wheel so as to reduce the possibility of the behavior deterioration in a case where the indicator value exceeds a reference value Thvsc. Further, the vehicle includes a road surface condition determination device. In a case where the road surface condition determination device determines that a travel road ahead of the vehicle is a bad road (S30), the control device modifies at least one of the reference value and the indicator value so as to make it difficult for the indicator value to exceed the reference value (S50).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
