PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser unit enabling improvement of heat exchange efficiency.SOLUTION: A condensation section 20 has a flow passage in which a high-pressure gas-phase refrigerant flows, and cools and condenses the refrigerant flowing from an upstream side to a downstream side of the flow passage by exchanging heat with air blown by an air blower 60. A receiver section 30 separates the refrigerant flowing out from the flow passage at the downstream side of the condensation section 20 into the gas-phase refrigerant and a liquid-phase refrigerant. A subcool section 40 supercools the liquid-phase refrigerant flowing out from the receiver section 30 by exchanging heat with the air blown by the air blower 60. An arrangement member 70 arranges the subcool section 40 so that a range of the subcool section 40 in a region opposing to the flow passage at the upstream side of the condensation section 20 out of an air current windward region of the condensation section 20 is larger than that of the subcool section 40 in a region opposing to the flow passage at the downstream side of the condensation section 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
