PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a delay in prediction of a traveling time by grasping a change in a traffic volume on an early stage.SOLUTION: A traveling time prediction program for use in a traveling time prediction system allows a computer to act as an acquisition unit that acquires concerned date running data which represents a traveling time on a concerned date of a vehicle within a road section and a stop position of the vehicle, and plural previous traveling data items representing previous traveling times and stop positions of the vehicle within the road section, a selection unit that selects one or plural previous running data items analogous to the concerned date running data, which is acquired by the acquisition unit, from among the plural previous running data items acquired by the acquisition unit, or a prediction unit that predicts a traveling time on the concerned date, which succeeds to the concerned date running data, on the basis of a traveling time represented by the previous running data selected by the section unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
