PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic wave device, attached to a vehicle body component, with a configuration for securely retaining a state of being attached to the vehicle body component.SOLUTION: An acoustic wave device 1 comprises a device body 2 and a cushion member 5. In the device body 2, its leading end 20 is formed in the shape of a narrow stepped column. The device body 2 comprises: an acoustic wave unit 21 provided at the leading end 20; and a support part 22 supporting the acoustic wave unit 21. The leading end 20 is insertable into a mount hole B2 formed in a vehicle body component B. The cushion member 5 comprises: a cylindrical part 51 covering the leading end 20; a plate-like flange part 52 extending along an end face 23, on the leading end 20 side, of the support part 22 from one end, on the support part 22 side, of the cylindrical part 51; and a projection 56 provided on the flange part 52 so as to project in a projecting direction from the flange part 52 of the cylindrical part 51.
