PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pressure control unit which can downsize a conventional brake system, and a vehicular brake system comprising the fluid pressure control unit.SOLUTION: A fluid pressure control unit 50 is a fluid pressure control unit of a brake system 1 for a vehicle 100 which includes a pump 34 for raising fluid pressure of a brake fluid, and an accumulator 33 for storing the brake fluid, in an auxiliary flow channel 14. The fluid pressure control unit is constituted so that the auxiliary flow channel 14 allows flowing of the brake fluid flowing in from a suction side of the pump 34 to the accumulator 33.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
