PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save a space for installing a device in a vehicle.SOLUTION: There is provided a vehicular power supply system comprising: a multi-phase AC motor generator provided to a vehicle driving system; a high-voltage battery capable of supplying power to the motor generator; an inverter which is connected between the motor generator and the high-voltage battery and which controls driving of the motor generator and power generation; and a low-voltage battery capable of supplying power to a low-voltage load having a rated voltage lower than that of the motor generator. The inverter includes a plurality of arm circuits connected to respective coils of the phases of the motor generator. The high-voltage side of the low-voltage battery is electrically connected with at least one of connection portions between the arm circuits and the coils of the motor generator. The inverter and the coils of the motor generator constitute at least either a step-down circuit or a step-up circuit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
