PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gear change control method of a dual clutch transmission which can reduce the work of synchronization by a synchronizing mechanism, and can shorten a gear change time.SOLUTION: The power of an engine 10 is divided into two systems by a splitter gear SH of a sub-gear change device 21 from a dual clutch 12, and the divided power is transmitted to change gears N1, N2 and N3 in stages of a main gear change device 22 from a counter shaft 30. When performing shift-up, engine torque is lowered to the vicinity of zero by a fuel cut, synchronization mechanisms 37, 38 of the main gear change device 22 are disconnected, the main gear change device 22 is geared to a neutral stage, after that, a low-speed side clutch 17 of the dual clutch 12 is slightly connected, after a rotation number is lowered, the low-speed side clutch 17 is disconnected, after that, changes gears 31, 32 and 33 which are upshifted are connected while being synchronized with one another by the synchronization mechanisms 37, 38, and after that, the low-speed side clutch 17 or a high-speed side clutch 18 of the dual clutch 12 is connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】シンクロ機構による同期の仕事を低減できると共に変速時間を短縮できるデュアルクラッチトランスミッションの変速制御方法を提供する。【解決手段】エンジン10の動力をデュアルクラッチ12から副変速装置21のスプリッターギヤSHで2系統に分け、これをカウンターシャフト30から主変速装置22の各段の変速ギヤN1、N2、N3に伝達する。シフトアップを行う際に、燃料カットによりエンジントルクをゼロ近くまで低下させると共に主変速装置22のシンクロ機構37、38を断として、主変速装置22をニュートラルにし、その後、デュアルクラッチ12の低速側のクラッチ17を僅かに接として回転数を低減した後、低速側のクラッチ17を断とし、その後、シフトアップする変速ギヤ31、32、33をシンクロ機構37、38で同期させつつ接とし、しかる後、デュアルクラッチ12の低速側クラッチ17又は高速側クラッチ18を接とするものである。【選択図】図1
