PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily secure an installation space and electric power required for charging around a roadway.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle charger 2 includes: a charger 22 which charges a battery mounted on an electric vehicle; a ground distribution apparatus 24 which relays electric power supplied from an underground distribution line 23 to a ground facility; and a housing 21 which is installed around a roadway 11 and houses the charger 22 and the ground distribution apparatus 24.
