PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soundproof material which improves sound insulation performance only in a necessary portion with a simple structure to attain high soundproof performance as a whole while attaining sound absorption performance with a sound absorption material.SOLUTION: In a sheet-like soundproof material 10 formed by a sound absorption material including air, a sound insulation improvement part 15 which compressively deforms in a thickness direction to attain surface density higher than that of other portions of the soundproof material 10 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
