PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent understeer tendency of a vehicle from being risen in brake control under vehicular turning and to prevent operation delay of antiskid control of the vehicle in brake control during straight running of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A controller of a four-wheel drive vehicle includes: a differential restriction device which varies a restriction degree Tcu of differentials of a rotational axis of a front wheel and a rotational axis of a rear wheel; and a control part which controls the differential restriction device. The controller is configured to control a behavior of the vehicle at braking time. Furthermore, the control part is configured so as to lower the restriction degree Tcu of the differentials of the rotational axis of the front wheel and the rotational axis of the rear wheel when a yaw rate Yr of the vehicle is less than a prescribed yaw rate threshold Yrth in the case where the vehicle is braked and the restriction degree Tcu of the differentials of the rotational axis of the front wheel and the rotational axis of the rear wheel is set near a maximum value cumax and it is determined that a time reduction rate of a presumed vehicle body speed Vx being a vehicle body speed Vb presumed on the basis of a wheel speed Vw of the vehicle shifts while falling below a prescribed reduction rate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9

    【課題】車両旋回中の制動制御において車両のアンダーステア傾向が高くなってしまうことを防止するとともに、車両直進中の制動制御において車両のアンチスキッド制御の作動遅れを防止する。【解決手段】この四輪駆動車両の制御装置は、前輪用回転軸と後輪用回転軸の差動の制限度合いを変化させる差動制限装置と、差動制限装置を制御する制御部と、を含み、制動時の車両の挙動を制御するように構成される。更に、制御部は、車両の制動時であって、前輪用回転軸と後輪用回転軸の差動の制限度合いTcuを最大値Tcumax近傍に設定している場合において、車両のヨーレートYrが所定のヨーレート閾値Yrth未満であり、且つ車両の車輪速度Vwに基づいて推定される車体速度Vbである推定車体速度Vxの時間減少率が所定の減少率を下回って推移していると判定したときは、前輪用回転軸と後輪用回転軸の差動の制限度合いTcuを低くするように構成される。【選択図】図9
