PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure determination as to whether an abnormality has occurred when a container is landed and released from a spreader.SOLUTION: When a container C is landed and released from a spreader 10, in a case where the spreader 10 is hoisted by an amount larger than that corresponding to a prescribed distance d between the spreader 10 and the container C and at least one of distance detection units LS3 is detected to be within the prescribed distance d irrespective of a second attitude taken by all locks 22 so as to be separable from the container C, for example, there are places where the locks 22 of the spreader 10 are not separated from the container C due to damage, and the container C is determined to be in an abnormal state such as single suspension without being discarded to a container yard or the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

    【課題】コンテナを着床させてスプレッダから放す際に、異常が生じているか否かを確実に把握する。【解決手段】コンテナCを着床させてスプレッダ10から放す際に、全てのロック部22が、コンテナCから離脱可能となる第2の姿勢になっているにもかかわらず、スプレッダ10を、スプレッダ10とコンテナC間の所定距離dに対応する巻き上げ量よりも大きく巻き上げた際に、距離検知部LS3の少なくとも1つが所定距離d以内であることを検知した場合、例えばダメージ等を受けてスプレッダ10のロック部22がコンテナCから離脱しない箇所があり、コンテナCをコンテナヤード等に放せずに片吊り等の異常状態にあると把握する。【選択図】図4
