PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a disadvantages of the conventional baloon type rocket launcher that is week against a wind by coupling a baloon type rocket launcher by a cable to meet high demand of a small-sized rocket due to the fact that a downsizing of artificial satellites has been rapidly developed in recent years.SOLUTION: The invention is characterized in that a rocket launching cylinder (2) in which a rocket is stored is mounted to a baloon (1), a cable (3) is mounted to the rocket launching cylinder (2) and the cable (3) can be ejected or wound up by a cable winding machine (4).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
