PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant restraint structure 5 which can support a wide range of an expanded airbag 410.SOLUTION: An occupant restraint structure includes: a steering 300; an airbag module 415; and an airbag 410 expanded from the airbag module. The steering 300 includes: a pair of holding parts 310 which are spaced apart from each other in a vehicle lateral direction; and a connection part 307 which connects lower parts of the pair of holding parts 310 to each other.
