PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten shift time in a hybrid vehicle by reducing a load on a gear shift unit.SOLUTION: There is provided a shift control device (100) of a hybrid vehicle. The shift control device (100) includes an acquisition part (110) for acquiring an input rotation number of an input shaft of a gear (45), a target input rotation number operation part (120) for setting a value determined by adding a prescribed offset volume to a rotation number calculated based on the input rotation number and a gear ratio, as a target input rotation number of the input shaft when starting connection of the gear (45), and a rotation synchronization determination part for determining whether rotation synchronization is established or not, by comparing an actual input rotation number of the input shaft with the target input rotation number.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
