PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a reduction in the number of components as well as a reduction in the size of the configuration of an overturn prevention mechanism part.SOLUTION: A hoist comprises: a vibration-proof mechanism part that reduces vibration caused in the hoist; and an overturn prevention mechanism part that prevents overturn and/or movement of the hoist. The vibration-proof mechanism part is composed of an upper surface plate 11, a lower surface plate 12 and an elastic body 13 sandwiched between the upper surface plate 11 and the lower surface plate 12. The overturn prevention mechanism part is composed of: a stopper plate 14 connecting the upper surface plate 11 of the vibration-proof mechanism part to a hoist support base 2, extending opposite the vibration-proof mechanism part, and having a through-hole in an extending portion near the vibration-proof mechanism part; a boss base having a through-hole for fixing the lower surface plate 12 of the vibration-proof mechanism part to a building structure, and a screw hole formed opposite the through-hole in the extending portion of the stopper plate 14; and a stopper bolt 17 inserted into the through-hole of the extending portion of the stopper plate 14 with play and helically engaged with the screw hole in the boss base.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2(b)
