PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform estimation more precisely than before.SOLUTION: A parking lot estimation device 1 includes: a communication unit 33 for receiving location information on a plurality of vehicles 50 along with identification information of each mobile body; a determination object position locating unit 312 for locating a position where the mobile body has parked for a plurality of times as a determination object on the basis of respective location information of the plurality of mobile bodies; and a parking lot estimation unit 313 for determining whether or not the parking of the plurality of times in the determination position has been done by unspecified mobile bodies on the basis of the identification information on the mobile body to estimate that the determination object position is a parking lot when it is determined that the parking of the plurality of times has been done by unspecified mobile bodies.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
