PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system and a device that efficiently manage security of communication corresponding to a change in location in ProSe(Proximity based Services).SOLUTION: In order to manage security of ProSe communication, a communication system server 20 monitors locations of a plurality of UE 10_1 to 10_n grouped to perform direct communication with each other. The server 20 reconfigures the group on the basis of a change in the location of each UE and manages security of direct communication.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
