PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residential power management system capable of avoiding wrong operation by a third person with a simpler configuration.SOLUTION: A power management system 10 of a residence 20 includes a charge/discharge device 30 and a HEMS device 26. The charge/discharge device 30 includes a connecting part 31 connected to a connected part 42 of a vehicle 40 and capable of performing charging and discharging of a battery 41 of the vehicle 40 when the connecting part 31 is connected with the connected part 42 of the vehicle 40. The HEMS device 26 manages power of the residence. When it is detected that lock of a lock mechanism 43 capable of locking the connecting part 31 in a state of being connected with the connected part 42 of the vehicle 40 is released, the HEMS device 26 locks the connecting part 31 again by the lock mechanism 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
