To provide a technique for assisting a user who selects an appropriate driver to reach a destination.SOLUTION: A ride support apparatus is comprised of: a storage unit that stores user riding information including a first position which is a current position of a user who wishes to ride in a vehicle and a first destination which is a destination of the user, driver's riding information including a second position which is a current position of a driver of the vehicle and a second destination which is a destination of the driver, and driving information including past position information of the vehicle that the driver drives; and a control unit that extracts such a driver corresponding to the driver's riding information where a first route from a first position to the first destination included in the user riding information stored in the storage unit is within a predetermined area which contains a second route from a second position to a second destination included in the user riding information stored in the storage unit; and that calculates a regional skill level on the predetermined area which contains the first route based on traveling information stored in the storage unit for the extracted driver.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】利用者が目的地に到達するためにより適切な運転者を選択することを支援する技術を提供する。【解決手段】車両への乗車を希望する利用者の現在位置である第1位置、および、利用者の目的地である第1目的地を含む利用者乗車情報と、車両の運転者の現在位置である第2位置、および、運転者の目的地である第2目的地を含む運転者乗車情報と、運転者が運転する車両の過去の位置情報を含む走行情報とを格納する記憶部と、記憶部に格納される利用者乗車情報に含まれる第1位置から第1目的地までの第1経路が、記憶部に格納される運転者乗車情報に含まれる第2位置から第2目的地までの第2経路を含む所定領域内となる運転者乗車情報に対応する運転者を抽出し、抽出された運転者についての、記憶部に格納される走行情報に基づいて、第1経路を含む所定の地域に関する地域習熟度を算出する制御部と、を備える乗車支援装置とする。【選択図】図1
