To provide an underfloor equipment removable device having a structure which allows for fine adjustment of a base and for suppressing the total height.SOLUTION: A transport carriage 100 corresponding to an underfloor equipment removable device which is used for attaching and removing equipment provided under a floor of a railway vehicle, has a base part unit 110 including a lifting function, a carriage frame 104 supporting the base part unit 110, and a wheel part 150 arranged under the carriage frame 104. The carriage frame 104 is shaped to have a recessed portion 105 which accommodates the base part unit 110 within the carriage frame 104.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
