A clearance 41c is provided between the adjustment rod 17a and a lower surface of the telescopic adjustment elongated hole 16c in a vertical direction. Meanwhile, only a lower surface of a telescopic adjustment elongated hole 16d located at the other side in the width direction is brought into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the adjustment rod 17a. A clearance 41d is provided between the adjustment rod 17a and an upper surface of the telescopic adjustment elongate hole 16d in the vertical direction. In this manner, a contact position of the telescopic adjustment elongated hole 16c at one side in the width direction with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the adjustment rod 17a is provided in the vertical direction on the opposition to a contact position of the telescopic adjustment elongated hole 16d at the other side in the width direction with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the adjustment rod 17a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
