To provide a vehicle panel structure which has no polygonal line while assuring normal rigidity.SOLUTION: A normal rigidity is assured while suppressing a projection amount to both of an inner side and an outer side of a cabin in such a manner that between a pair of projection parts 20, which are so formed as to be swollen on a panel member 12, reinforcement parts 22 continuous with those projection parts 20 are so formed as to be swollen on a side opposite to those projection parts 20. Since an articulated section of the projection part 20 and the reinforcement part 22 is formed in a curved shape, there is no polygonal line on both of the projection part 22 and the reinforcement part 20. Further, since an end part of the reinforcement part 22 in a direction orthogonal to an arrangement direction of the pair of projection parts 20 is positioned on an outer side with respect to end parts of those projection parts 20 in the same direction, a load to the reinforcement part 22 is efficiently propagated to a restraining part 18 for a vehicle body member 16. Further, since the end part of the reinforcement part 22 in the direction orthogonal to the arrangement direction of the pair of projection parts 20 is positioned on a portion overlapping on the vehicle body member 16, an end part of an articulated section of a fitting part 14 and the vehicle body member 16 is curved, and therefore, there is no polygonal line.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
