To prevent steering of handles from inappropriately interfering with auxiliary driving force control.SOLUTION: A bicycle with an electric motor includes: an auxiliary driving system for making a motor generate an auxiliary driving force with a magnitude corresponding to a tread force applied to a pedal, and driving a front wheel or a rear wheel by the auxiliary driving force; handles connected to the front wheel; and an auxiliary driving force control part for executing reduction processing of reducing the magnitude of the auxiliary driving force when a vehicle state becomes a predetermined state, and not executing the reduction processing when the vehicle state becomes the predetermined state by the steering of the handles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
