To provide a member attachment structure which can inhibit lifting of a second member when a first member and the second member are heated in a structure in which the second member having a restriction part which restricts deformation caused by heating and has a second linear expansion coefficient larger than a first linear expansion coefficient is attached to the first member having the first linear expansion coefficient.SOLUTION: An attachment structure 30 has: a front pillar RF32; and a side member outer panel 34. The front pillar RF 32 has a first linear expansion coefficient K1. The side member outer panel 34 has a second linear expansion coefficient K2 larger than the first linear expansion coefficient K1. The side member outer panel 34 has: a first fastening part 46, a second fastening part 48, a third fastening part 52, and a fourth fastening part 54 forming a virtual area S1; a hinge attachment part 44 which restricts deformation caused by heating in the virtual area S1; and a non-fastening part 56. The non-fastening part 56 allows a portion between the first fastening part 46 and the second fastening part 48 to be deformed in an in-plane direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
