To prevent occurrence of contamination in accompany with abrasion of an elastic body.SOLUTION: A buffer stopper 11 exerting buffering action by elasticity of an elastic body 21 when one member 51 of two members 51, 61 which are relatively displaced, approaches the other member 61, has the elastic body 21 held by the other member 61, and a contact member 31 composed of a rigid material and held by the elastic body 21. When one member 51 approaches the other member 61, one member 51 is not brought into contact with the elastic body 21, but brought into contact with the contact member 31 to displace the contact member 31, and presses the elastic body 21 through the contact member 31. The buffer stopper 11 is mounted on, for example, a contact portion of a parking pole and a parking support in a parking lock mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】弾性体の摩耗に伴うコンタミの発生を防止する。【解決手段】相対変位する二部材51,61のうちの一方の部材51が他方の部材61に接近したときに弾性体21の弾性により緩衝作用を発揮する緩衝ストッパで11あって、他方の部材61に保持される弾性体21と、弾性体21に保持される剛材製の接触部材31とを有する。一方の部材51が他方の部材61に接近したときに一方の部材51は弾性体21に接触せず接触部材31に接触して接触部材31を変位させ、接触部材31を介して弾性体21を押圧することを特徴とする。緩衝ストッパ11は例えば、パーキングロック機構におけるパーキングポールおよびパーキングサポートの接触部に装着される。【選択図】図1
