To improve reliability of electric connection between a conductor at the rotary body side and a conductor at the fixed side housing side.SOLUTION: A rotary connector includes: a fixed side housing; a fixed side conductor provided on an inner peripheral surface of the fixed side housing; a rotary body which can rotate around a first axis; a rotary body side conductor provided on an outer peripheral surface of the rotary body; a cylindrical conductor which is provided between the fixed side housing and the rotary body in a radial direction with respect to the first axis, is eccentric relative to the first axis when viewed in a direction along the first axis, and extends in the direction along the first axis; a fixed side roller which is provided at the rotary body, can rotate around a second axis parallel to the first axis, contacts with an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical conductor in the radial direction, and causes an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical conductor to contact with the fixed side conductor; and a rotary body side roller which is provided at the rotary body, can rotate around a third axis parallel to the first axis, contacts with the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical conductor in the radial direction, and causes the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical conductor to contact with the rotary body side conductor.
