To provide a multifunctional LIDAR for conducting underwater topographic survey which is needed for grasping the amount of sedimentation and water in a dam, fishery survey, and marine archeology, the LIDAR being capable of surveying topography in such places as under bridges where GPS signals cannot reach.SOLUTION: The above purpose is achieved by providing a multifunctional LIDAR comprising both a LIDAR configured to survey positions by scanning horizontally, and a LIDAR configured to survey depth by scanning vertically.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
