To improve user's convenience related to control over air conditioning by effectively avoiding an increase in vehicle-side load.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a vehicle control system 1 comprising a vehicle 2 comprising a control part 11F for controlling air conditioning, and an information terminal 3 capable of communicating with the control part 11F of the vehicle 2 by wireless. The information terminal 3 is configured to: determine a target in-vehicle temperature of the vehicle 2 and target time; acquire information on a current in-vehicle temperature of the vehicle 2 from the control part 11F of the vehicle 2; determine operation start time of air conditioning by predicting an operation time of the air conditioning needed to make the in-vehicle temperature of the vehicle 2 reach the target in-vehicle temperature at the target time; and instruct the control part 11F of the vehicle 2 to start the operation for air conditioning according to the operation start time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

    【課題】車両側の負担の増大を有効に回避するようにして、空調の制御に関するユーザーの利便性を向上する。【解決手段】空調を制御する制御部11Fを備えた車両2と、車両2の制御部11Fと無線通信可能な情報端末3とを備えた車両制御システム1である。情報端末3は、車両2の目標車内温度、目標時刻を決定すると共に、車両2の現在車内温度の情報を車両2の制御部11Fから取得し、目標時刻で車両2の車内温度を目標車内温度とする為に必要な空調の稼働時間を予測して空調の動作開始時刻を決定し、動作開始時刻に応じて車両2の制御部11Fに空調の動作開始を指示する。【選択図】図1
