To provide a rudder plate with a low weight level, easier manufacturing as well as lower cost, fulfilling various requirements for strength and stability for various rudder plate sections, capable of having at least one portion manufactured by an automation method, and with easy manufacturing of an irregular surface, in specific, that of a front edge.SOLUTION: A rudder plate 100 having a module structure includes at least two built-up rudder plate segments 10, 11, 12 and 13 and the rudder plate 100 is composed of the at least two built-up rudder plate segments 10, 11, 12 and 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
