To provide a rotary impeller which inhibits injuries of a person and damage of a structure caused by contact with the rotary impeller and achieves excellent safety.SOLUTION: In the invention, a rotary impeller includes a hub part fixed to a rotary shaft which receives output of a driving source to rotate; and blade parts fixed to the rotary shaft from the hub part.
