To efficiently remove a release agent coating layer and securely adhere and fix a rubber member to an inner liner surface.SOLUTION: The method includes steps of: identifying a mounting location of a rubber member when attaching the rubber member to an inner surface of a tire; irradiating the mounting location with laser light to remove a release agent coating layer formed on a surface of a rubber layer constituting an inner liner of the mounting location; irradiating a place where the release agent coating layer is removed with laser light with smaller irradiation energy than the laser light to remove a surface of the rubber layer at the mounting location; and adhere the rubber member to the mounting location.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】離型剤塗布層を効率よく除去するとともに、ゴム部材をインナーライナー表面に確実に接着・固定する。【解決手段】タイヤの内面にゴム部材を取付ける際に、ゴム部材の取付箇所を特定し、この取付箇所にレーザー光を照射して、前記取付箇所のインナーライナーを構成するゴム層の表面に形成されている離型剤塗布層を除去した後、離型剤塗布層が除去された箇所に、前記レーザー光よりも照射エネルギーの小さなレーザー光を照射して、前記取付箇所のゴム層の表面を除去し、しかる後に、前記取付位置に前記ゴム部材を接着するようにした。【選択図】図1
