To provide a laminated sheet of a thermoplastic film and a tie rubber layer, with improved adhesion between the thermoplastic film and the tie rubber layer.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a laminated sheet of a thermoplastic film (A) and a tie rubber layer (B). The thermoplastic film (A) and the tie rubber layer (B) are laminated through (C) a tack layer having a material or composition that is 10-100 μm in thickness and has an adhesiveness of 500-2000 g measured by a tack test.SELECTED DRAWING: None
