To provide an electric vehicle charger capable of charging an electric vehicle in a short time without need for using a power supply of three-phase 200 V.SOLUTION: The electric vehicle charger includes: an AC-DC converter 21 for converting AC power branched from a distribution board 12 into DC power; a storage battery 3 for storing DC power converted by the AC-DC converter 21; a DC power output section 5 for supplying the electric power stored in the storage battery 3 to charging of the electric vehicle; and a receptacle 6 for supplying the AC power branched from the distribution board 12 directly to the electric vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
