To provide a wheel alignment adjustment mechanism capable of easily adjusting a toe angle so that a vehicle exercises desired roll steer characteristics.SOLUTION: A wheel alignment adjustment mechanism includes: a knuckle formed with a plurality of female screw holes positioned on a prescribed circumference on a supporting unit composed of a plane formed on a side surface outside an own vehicle; a bearing member with a supported unit, which is a plane rotatably in contact with around a central axis of a circumference to the supporting unit, formed on a side surface inside the own vehicle and having a plurality of through holes in arc shapes with the central axis as a center and respectively corresponding to the female screw holes; a plurality of bolts with smaller cross-sectional diameters on portions inserted into the through holes than the longitudinal dimension of the through holes going through each through hole from the outside to inside of the vehicle as well as each threadedly engaged with each female screw hole; and a hub bearing relatively rotatably supported around an axial line inclined to the central axis to the bearing member and supporting the wheel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
