To provide a bicycle transmission capable of improving transmission performance.SOLUTION: A bicycle transmission comprises: an input rotary shaft; an output part; a transmission mechanism which includes a first rotor which is so configured that rotation of the input rotary shaft is transmitted, and a fourth rotor which is so configured that rotation of the input rotary shaft is transmitted and which is different from the first rotor; and a changeover mechanism which includes a one-way clutch which is so configured as to perform changeover between a third state that rotation is not transmitted from the first rotor to the output part and a fourth state that rotation is transmitted from the first rotor to the output part, and a changeover part which is so configured as to perform changeover between a fifth state that rotation is transmitted from the fourth rotor to the output part and a sixth state that rotation is not transmitted from the fourth rotor to the output part, and which is so configured as to perform changeover between a first state that a ratio of a rotational speed of the output part to a rotational speed of the input rotary shaft becomes a first ratio and a second state that the ratio becomes a second ratio.
