To provide a cooling device of an electric drive vehicle capable of suppressing insufficient cooling and excessive increase in temperature of cooling water in a unit with high heat generation rate.SOLUTION: A suspended driving motor 50 and a pump 70 are provided on the lower part of a cross member. A plate-like heat exchanger 80 is arranged in front of a motor room, and a degassing tank 90 is arranged above high-voltage units 10 and 40. A closed circuit is formed by connecting in series the pump 70, the driving motor 50, the heat exchanger 80, a plurality of the high-voltage units 10 and 40, and the degassing tank 90 by cooling water piping W. The cooling water piping W is configured into a cooling route for circulating cooling water in order of the pump 70, the driving motor 50, the heat exchanger 80, a plurality of the high-voltage units 10 and 40, the degassing tank 90, and the pump 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
