To more suitably set a position and an angle of a flap according to a flight state of an aircraft.SOLUTION: A high-lift device 1 comprises: a flap 2 which is located at a forward edge 50a of a main wing 50, is stored in an underside of the forward edge 50a, and is extended to a front side of the forward edge 50a; a first rotary shaft 3 of which an axial direction is located along a wing length direction of the main wing 50; a second rotary shaft 4 of which an axial direction is located along the wing length direction of the main wing 50; a first linkage which is connected to the first rotary shaft 3 and the flap 2; and a second linkage which is connected to the second rotary shaft 4 and the flap 2. The first linkage is driven by a torque of the first rotary shaft 3, whereby the flap 2 is stored in the underside of the forward edge 50a or is extended to the front side of the forward edge 50a, and the second linkage is driven by a torque of the second rotary shaft 4, whereby a position or an angle of the flap 2, which has been moved by the first linkage, is changed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
