To provide a maintenance device of an aircraft leg part capable of determining necessity of addition or discharge of incompressible fluid for an aircraft in a stationary state with no need of causing the aircraft to actually fly.SOLUTION: A maintenance device 100 of a landing gear 10 comprises: an extension/retraction mechanism 30 for changing an extension/retraction state of the landing gear 10 from a first extension/retraction state to a second extension/retraction state, in a stationary state with nitrogen gas and oil filled in the landing gear; a stroke detection unit 31 for detecting strokes of the landing gear 10 in the first extension/retraction state and the second extension/retraction state; a pressure detection unit 32 for detecting pressures in the landing gear 10 in the first extension/retraction state and the second extension/retraction state; and a control unit 34 for determining necessity of addition or discharge of oil on the basis of the detected stroke of the landing gear 10 and the detected pressure inside the landing gear 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
