To provide a hull frictional resistance reducing device and a ship capable of suppressing vibration generated by sloshing in an air chamber.SOLUTION: A hull frictional resistance reducing device reduces hull frictional resistance during navigation of a hull by forming a bubble film between a ship bottom of the hull and outboard water and is an air chamber provided inside the hull, and comprises at least one air chamber consisted of communicating the inside of the air chamber with the outboard water via an opening formed in the ship bottom, either one of an air supply device to supply air into the air chamber and an air discharge device to discharge air from the inside of the air chamber, and a hull vibration suppression device capable of suppressing the hull vibration generated by the sloshing when there is a predetermined amount of air in the air chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】エアーチャンバの内部におけるスロッシングにより生じる船体の振動を抑制することができる船体摩擦抵抗低減装置、及び船舶を提供する。【解決手段】船体摩擦抵抗低減装置は、船体の船底と船外水との間に気泡膜を形成することにより、船体の航行時における摩擦抵抗を低減させるものであって、船体の内部に設けられたエアーチャンバであって、船底に形成された開口を介してエアーチャンバの内部と船外水とが連通されるように構成された少なくとも1つのエアーチャンバと、エアーチャンバの内部に空気を供給する空気供給装置、及びエアーチャンバの内部から空気を排出する空気排出装置、の少なくとも何れか一方と、エアーチャンバの内部に所定量の空気が存在する場合に生ずるスロッシングにより生じる船体の振動を抑制可能な船体振動抑制装置と、を備える。【選択図】 図2
