To allow for stable and precise analysis of peripheral information with the peripheral information transmitted from a vehicle to a sensor sharing server even when a line speed is decreased.SOLUTION: An in-vehicle device includes: an acquisition part for acquiring environmental information around a vehicle; a transmission part for transmitting a plurality of types of peripheral information collected by a plurality of sensors to a predetermined transmission destination; and a calculation part for calculating a priority when the transmission part transmits a plurality of types of peripheral information for each type of peripheral information based on the environmental information acquired by the acquisition part and a line speed of a line used by the transmission part, wherein the transmission part transmits the plurality of types of peripheral information using a communication band determined based on the priority calculated by the calculation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
